I am a mom to three wonderful children and a wife to a very supportive and loving husband. God gives us all talents, and our job is to take those talents and use them to Glorify Him! I have always loved fashion and jewelry design and always enjoyed creating my own jewelry pieces. Throughout the years I have been approached to recreate the designs that I wear. This is how Omorfa Designs by Maria began. Omorfa is a Greek word which means “beautiful”. I have learned throughout the years to create designs by using many techniques from wire wrapping, hand stamping and texturing precious metal, to kiln firing precious metal clay. My designs are inspired by God’s given talent to see the beauty in my family, nature, different cultures, findings, gemstones, architecture, and fashion. I enjoy working directly with my customers to create pieces based on each person’s unique taste and budget. All of my designs are created entirely by hand using only the best materials. I shop all over the world to get just the right metals and gemstones for each design. 10% of my proceeds are donated to missions around the world that do Gods work. Donation


I recently designed these Sterling Silver with Genuine Rubies and Pearls Earrings.
I made a few pairs and donated a pair to Easter Seals on behalf of my niece Zoey, and Noonan Academy's Dinner Dance, on behalf of my children that attend school there.

Sterling Silver Mother Sparrow Nest Necklace.
Freshwater pearls representing the eggs settled into a hand made sterling silver nest protected by a mother sparrow.  Together sitting on a sterling silver disc hand stamped with the family name.

Lockets are Classic Heirlooms.  These Sterling Silver Handmade Lockets make a wonderful gift for anyone.  For a mother, grandmother, or yourself.  Another popular design for a bride.  I have created a "Something Blue" with the bride and husband's name and wedding date then hanging within is a beautiful blue freshwater pearl or any blue semiprecious stone may be added.  Brides who do not want to wear the locket around their neck, have added it to their bridal bouquets. 
These samples have the "Love" or "Blessed" stamped on them, then within them contain their childrens names, then the names of the husbands and wives with their wedding dates on the back page along the bottom.  One has the additional cross and freshwater pearl charm hanging within.

Sample Earring Designs

From Simple to Elegant! These freshwater pearls, and genuine gemstones such as rubies, and amethysts are all set in sterling silver.  These earring combinations are only a fraction of my many designs.
